Motospeed v30 software not detect from windows

hi, i have a v30 mouse too and today i cant open it to change my dpi settings so i find the solution you need to unistall completely the HID Keyboard device from the device manager,and after that you need to go to the task manager and end cortana procees tree after that,go to device manager again and scan for hardware changes and your motospeed software now its open and is here to use it as well.
